My Story

I grew up in a dysfunctional family with a lot of trauma. The ramifications of this were an eating disorder, addiction, social and generalised anxiety, depression, IBS.

I always knew there was an important calling on my life, had big dreams and visions and yet, the older I got, despite academic accolades, first class degrees and all the seeming ingredients for ‘success', I just couldn’t make it work.

I was petrified of being seen, afraid to embody my power, and stuck inside a survival story that constantly blocked the expansion I desired and kept me in a cycle of re-creating my past in order to feed the familiar patterns of the known. I was existing inside pre-formed beliefs that perpetuated the scarcity and fear I was embodying, and my outer reality was a constant mirror of this level of consciousness. 

Then one day, the trajectory of my life was forever altered.
Not long after having my daughter, I made a decision that this was not going to be my story. The pain and regret of untapped potential was not a flavour I was willing to spend my life tasting nor silently put in my daughters mouth. I can still remember where I was and what I was wearing. I can taste the salt of my tears as they flowed down my cheeks into my mouth as I made a promise to myself. From this day onwards I devoted myself to my body, my potential, and my becoming in ways I had never done before. I tapped into deep resources, I rewired old beliefs, I communed with my soul and the field of life itself, and harnessed the alchemical power of my creative consciousness to manifest my deepest desires into physical reality through the resonance of my heart and mind. 

My success wasn't just about ‘success’. It was about liberation. Legacy. Aliveness. It was - and still is - about living my life knowing Who I Am.

Within less than 12 months I went from feeling stuck and running into my overdraft every month to running a 6-figure business, having a team to support me and doing work I love with hundreds of women around the globe. I felt powerful, fully expressed, experienced daily 'miracles' and established myself as a leader in my field.

And so, here I am, a living testament to the alchemical power that lies within each and every one of us. My journey from unconsciously recreating my past, to consciously co-creating my future shaped every aspect of who I am today.

I share this story to remind you that you too possess an untapped well of potential within you.
